I have at last been able to go to Bridgend and take my daughter Sian the curtains I have at last made for her sitting room. The fabric was bought in October 2019 and given to me the following month. Sian couldn’t decide which heading she wanted so another month or two went by and then came lockdown! With a lot of help from Caroline with her professional expertise, I have made my first pair of curtains correctly. I realise now that, for at least 50 years and lots of pairs of curtains, I have not been making them the right way.
